Todea is a Seoul-based cloud-native engineering consultancy, founded in 2026. We assess, build, and operate production Kubernetes platforms for enterprises across Korea, Japan, and APAC, on the belief that infrastructure should be built by people who will answer for it in production, not designed by consultants who will never run it.

Todea started from a simple observation: too many cloud-native transformations are led by people who have never operated production Kubernetes. Plans get drawn, slides get presented, and the engineers left holding the platform inherit something that was never built to be operated.
We work the other way around. We build production infrastructure with clients, not for them: every engagement is designed to leave behind a working platform and a team that can operate it without us. When clients would rather not operate it, we do, under a Managed Platform contract with the same documentation discipline, so the option to take it back in-house is always real.

Engineer for the lifecycle, not the launch
Platforms are designed for what comes after go-live: upgrades, on-call, observability, recovery. Whoever operates it (your team or ours), the platform must be operable from day one.

Decisions you can defend in a year
Technology choices follow real production problems, real team capacity, and real constraints. Never novelty, trend, or a partner commission.

Built to be inherited, even if we stay
The team operating the platform after kickoff matters as much as the team that built it. Documentation, runbooks, and operational simplicity ship with the platform, whether the operator is your team, ours, or the next vendor.

Vendor-neutral, upstream-first
No cloud, distribution, or ISV allegiance. Open source or commercial, from upstream Kubernetes to Datadog and Kubecost, we recommend what fits your scale, your team, and your constraints, not anyone's partner program.
